Sometimes You Need Space To Breath

A while ago, I wasn’t feeling like myself. One thing that helped-and it still does-me was taking a step back and simply breathing.

Taking the time to breathe slowly and deeply.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Slowly.

Just breathing.

Nothing else.

Take the time to breath once and awhile. Take a step back and simply breath. Your mind will clear, your body will relax, and your soul will benefit from it.
