I have an erratic sleeping schedule, and anxiety that comes and goes in waves, and it’s hard for me to be calm enough to sleep sometimes. I’m not fancy in any way, and my nightly routine is so simple, but for now, I want to talk about my favorite night things and what helps me get a good night’s sleep after I’m in bed.
I know it’s only Thursday, but let’s all get ready for the weekends, because my favorite time of the week is Saturday morning! This is what a normal Saturday morning looks like for me, I hope you enjoy reading through my day!
My last real blog post was last year in October. I thought there were so many things to write that year, but the more I glared at my blank page I began to realize that it was not the page’s problem, it was mine. I set myself up for defeat last year. I had nowhere to grow in my writing.
