The writing theme will be Autumn. Anything you can think of that goes with this fall season, like, the food, the weather, the changing of the seasons, family gatherings, etc. Also, the contest does not have a particular writing form that you have to write in, (short stories, poetry, etc), so you can be as creative as possible. When I first got into blogging and into WordPress about a year and a half ago, it was quite easy. The Community Pool and First Friday posts were super active and community-like. Every older blogger helped the newer bloggers in some way, and it really felt welcoming and like we were a huge happy worldwide family.
